In terms of gender, 90 percent of women did not know about the speed of Internet access that is used. While only 71 percent of men. In terms of age, 73 percent of Internet users aged 18 to 29 years did not know the speed.
"But, 50 percent of Internet users say very satisfied, even 71 percent expressing decent gained speed 'quickly'," said Joel Gurin, Head of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau, FCC.
The FCC, in the near future will soon conduct a field survey to ensure customers get the internet connection is really fast. And users can find out the speed of the receipt.
